MediRoute Nationwide is committed to protecting the privacy of patients, families, and referral partners. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Contact details, pickup and destination addresses, mobility and medical needs shared during quote requests, and information from case managers or hospital staff coordinating a transport.
How we use information
To coordinate transports, communicate with families, and comply with legal and safety requirements. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information with the drivers, attendants, and receiving facilities involved in a transport. Otherwise we share only when required by law.
Security
Data is stored in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit. Physical medical records travel in locked containers.
